ServiceNow is supported by the ServiceNow Team, part of Enterprise Application Support within Information Systems & Technology. Issues with the service, requests, and feedback should be sent to servicenow-support@berkeley.edu. This will create a ticket in ServiceNow. You will receive a notification that it has been received and the team will follow up in a timely manner.

The CSS-IT Service Desk also provides phone support. To report a ServiceNow service outage or disruption in service you may call 510-664-9000.
